Hypnotherapy works by gently accessing the subconscious mind, where many long-standing beliefs, emotional responses and behavioural patterns are formed. In this relaxed, focused state, insight and understanding can emerge, allowing meaningful change to take place. My approach integrates principles of neuroscience alongside cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), supporting both cognitive understanding and nervous system regulation.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) explores why certain patterns exist and helps the mind and body release what no longer serves you. Following each session, a personalised recording is provided to reinforce the work. Repeated listening supports neuroplasticity by strengthening new neural pathways, helping new beliefs feel more familiar, stable and integrated over time.

Each session is individually tailored and may support concerns such as anxiety, stress, confidence issues, performance blocks, emotional overwhelm, health-related challenges, or feeling stuck despite conscious efforts to change. The work is calm, structured and supportive, helping clients feel safer within themselves and better equipped to move forward with clarity, resilience and trust
